Getting Started

How do I create an account on Zuvia?

Download the Zuvia app from Google Play Store or App Store, tap 'Sign Up', enter your phone number, and verify with the SMS code sent to your phone. You can start browsing immediately after verification.

Is Zuvia free to use?

Yes! Creating an account, browsing listings, and posting basic listings is completely free. You only pay for optional boost plans to increase your listing visibility and reach more customers.

How do I verify my account?

Go to Profile > Verification and provide your phone number, email address, and a valid ID (national ID, passport, or driver's license). Verification increases buyer trust and unlocks advanced features like boost plans.

Buying & Selling

How do payments work on Zuvia?

Zuvia supports MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money for secure transactions. All payments are made on delivery for your safety. Never pay in advance - inspect the item first, then pay using mobile money.

How do I contact a seller?

Tap 'Message Seller' on any listing to chat directly through the app. You can also call if the seller provides their phone number. Always keep communication within the app for your protection.

What if I have a problem with my purchase?

Report any issues through the app's 'Report Problem' feature or contact our support team immediately. We have dispute resolution processes to protect both buyers and sellers.

Boost Plans & Features

What are boost plans?

Boost plans increase your listing visibility from 2x to 5x, helping you reach more customers and sell faster. Plans start from 10,000 FCFA/week and include features like priority placement and analytics.

Can I cancel my boost plan?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through the app. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the paid period, then return to standard visibility.

How do I track my store performance?

Access your Store Analytics in the app to see views, messages, and sales data. Higher tier boost plans include more detailed insights and performance reports.
